made a flow-chart of departments and specialities one can pursue after MBBS

This began with a curiosity to map out all the departments and specialities one can find in a super-speciality hospital. I searched for individual departments first, but it was not the efficient way to do it.
Then downloaded PG seat matrix for NEET PG and INI-CET to find out what all MD/DNB/MS courses were being offered. This was a fool proof method as this list would include all the speciality departments and confirms if I can pursue them in India after my MBBS. Then I realised I can do the same for super-speciality streams too.

As expected the list was long and overwhelming. Uploaded those pdfs to ChatGPT and asked it to make a markdown file as a flowchart accordingly. Uploaded the markdown file to Xmind and created the above flowchart.

I was surprised to know about Oncology surgical super-speciality streams. I realised not all surgical oncology streams are open to MS General Surgery holders. To pursue MCh Gynaecologic oncology, MS/ DNB OBG is mandatory and for MCh Orthopaedic oncology, MS/ DNB Orthopaedics is mandatory.

PS: I might have missed a few things on the way and this might not include everything. I tried to cover most of the popular and niche streams.
