10. The Way of the House Husband
This is the funniest anime. Its plot is basically a yakuza(a thug in Japanese) turning into a house husband and how he does home chores. Every single scene is epic. I literally died laughing while watching this. Some might find the dialogue delivery style in this anime a little exaggerated but trust me you'll love it if you enjoy that exaggeration too.
9. Babylon
This is psychedelic. It gives absolute power to the antagonist and doesn't have a so-called good ending. This is a thriller anime for me. You might perceive it in a different way. To summarise it's more or less like Monster, but with only 12 eps that one can binge-watch in one sitting.
8. Blue Lock
This is a motivating anime. It makes you feel fired up and fills you with confidence to conquer the world. The plot is based on the internal conflict of the main character in becoming the best. It breaks down steps to improve oneself in becoming the best. It breaks down steps as pieces of a puzzle and how the situations change when you put those pieces together.
7. Erased
This is a drama thriller. The plot being how a child saves his classmates from a predator. It also emphasizes how parents abuse their children at home. It also has some sci-fi elements like time travel but the emotion is what connects me with this anime.
6. Your Lie in April
The magnificent symphony of piano and violin. It was therapy watching this anime. Though the ending is a heartbreak, every scene is filled with emotions. It depicts the emotion of feeling empty so well(I can never imagine showing those emotions as depicted in this anime). The anime says "Every song is not some kind of sound, it's a flood of emotions. Each note has its purpose and conveys a message."
5. K-On
It's one of the wholesome animes out there. It shows how joyful hanging out with your friends after school can be. I love everything about this anime. The animation style, humor, and MUSIC. The songs are the best. I still listen to them after 2 years.
4. Jujutsu Kaisen
It is a masterpiece. The way the Gojo Satoru boasts his infinity void is crazy. Satoru is not the only reason why you should watch this anime. There are lots of other things like fight scenes, graphics, and character development. There is logic behind literally every scene.
3. Kaguya sama - Love is war
The top romcom anime on my list. I feel this anime would be number one if the others didn't exist. This is the wholesome anime. The childish overthinking that makes the worse situation worst. The cold war between two lovers struggling to confess summarises the plot of this anime. The humor is the highlight of this anime. The way this anime shows the behind the scene struggles of the so-called perfect humans is soo perfect. This is binge-worthy, I couldn't stop myself from finishing a season in one sitting. You should watch this anime if you are into romcoms.
2. Vinland Saga
If anyone tries to hurt you just say, "I don't have enemies in this universe" and move on. This is the summary of the purpose of the plot of this anime. It speaks of complicated words like love, world peace, and Vinland(a place without wars and slaves). After watching this anime I chose to follow optimistic nihilism(an ideology which says, "Nothing matters" in an optimistic way).
1. Cyberpunk Edgerunners
The perfect anime. It is the perfect anime I watched so far. It has 10 episodes which makes it more or less like watching a movie. To summarise the plot it happens in the future where people are completely dependent on implants to enhance their performance. It's interesting cause it has epic fight scenes, an incredible animation style, and a unique color palette.
PS: You should check out at least the top 5 animes. You'll definitely enjoy watching them. It won't take long to finish them too as they have a maximum of 24 episodes and only one season or two(except K-On).
